“PROFIL KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM PENGELOLAAN KELAS DI SMP NEGERI SATU ATAP BO’A KECAMATAN ROTE BARAT KABUPATEN ROTE NDAOTAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022”

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Bo’a Kecamatan Rote Barat Kabupaten Rote NdaoTahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru dan siswa di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Bo’a.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru IPA dan 29 orang siswa kelas VIII.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara kuantitatif dan dideskripsikan kemudian dihitung persentasenya. Hasil penelitianyang dilakukan terhadap guru IPA diketahui bahwa keterampilan guru IPA dalam pengelolaan kelas di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Bo’a sudah tergolong dalam kategori baik. Hal ini berdasarkanjumlah skor hasil pengumpulan data siswa yang diperoleh nilai dari 71-85 terdapat 25 siswa dengan persentase 79,3% dan nilai dari 56-70 terdapat 4 siswa dengan persentase 68,75%. Hasil analisis persentase terhadap jawaban responden ditemukan bahwa secara keseluruhan persentase skor capaian untuk standar pengelolaan kelas adalah sebesar 79,3% yang berada pada kategori baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru IPA di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Bo’a sudah dapat mengelola kelas dengan baik sesuai standar pengelolaan kelas menurut Permendikbud Nomor 65 Tahun 2013. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa profil keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Bo’a sudah termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 79,3%. Dimana pada saat proses pembelajaran guru mampu mengelola kelas dengan baik, guru mampu menciptakan kondisi belajar yang optimal dan kondusif seperti gurumenunjukkan sikap tanggap, membagi perhatian kepada siswa dengan cara guru menghampiri setiap kelompok diskusi, memberikan petunjuk-petunjuk yang jelas terhadap siswa pada saat pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, memberikan teguran ketika siswa tersebut tidak memperhatikan saat guru menjelaskan, memperbaiki tingkah laku siswa yang tidak sesuai dengan proses pembelajaran, menciptakan suasana kelas yang menyenangkan serta memiliki keterampilan yang baik dalam membuka dan menutup pembelajaran, menjelaskan materi pembelajaran, dan membimbing diskusi kelompok.

“PROFILE OF TEACHER SKILLS IN CLASS MANAGEMENT AT THE BO’A JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL WEST ROTE, ROTE NDAO, LESSON YEAR 2021/2022”

The study aims to find out the profile of teacher’s skills at the class management in the Junior High School West Rote, Rote Ndao Lesson of Year 2021/2022. The study is a quantitative study using descriptive research. The population in this study is all teacher’s and student in the Bo’a Junior High School. The samples in this study are the science teacher and 29 eighth graders. Data collection in done with guidelines of observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitatively and described and then calculated the percentage. A study conducted with the science teacher has been found that the skills of the natural science teacher at the Bo’a Junior High School class are in good category. This is based on the score of the student data collection scores from 71-85 there are 25 students with a 79,3% percentage and a value of 56-70 there are 4 student at 68,75%. The percentage analysis of respondents answer has been found that overall the percentage of the score reaching for standard for class management is 79,3% that fall into good categories. This suggests that the Bo’a Junior High School science teacher was able to manage the class well according to class management standards by scripting number 65 in 2013. Studies obtained by researchers have concluded that the profile of the teachers skills in the management of classes in the Bo’a Junior High School is in the category is in good category with a 79,3% percentage. Where at the time a teacher’s learning process is able to manage a class well, a teacher is able to create optimum and conducive learning condition like a teacher showing responsiveness, focusing attention on the student in the way the teacher approaches each discussion group, giving clear instructions to the student at learning, reinforcing, giving reproof when the student is not paying attention when the teacher is explaining, correct student’s behaviors that are not appropriate to the learning process, create a fun class atmosphere and have good skills in opening and closing learning, explaining the learning materials and guiding group discussions.
