The title of this writing is ‘’An Analysis on Raters Reliability in Assessing Students’ Reading Comprehension at English Study Program of Artha Wacana Christian University in Academic Years 2016/2017’’ The aims of this research is to answer the research problem“Is there any significant consistency between raters in assessing student’ reading comprehension at English study program at Artha Wacana Christian university?” The method used in this writing is quantitative method. The data of raters of this research is taken from the lecturers of Artha Wacana Christian university Kupang. The writer collected the data and analyzed the raters reliability in assessing students’ reading comprehension using statistics of research shows the statistics number is 0,95 means that there is a strong reliability assessing students reading comprehension at English study program at Artha Wacana Christian university in academic years 2016/2017. Therefore, the writer expects this writing can be as an information to the lecturers or reader about the raters reliability in assessing students’ reading comprehension in teaching reading process.
