A Descriptive Study on teachers Creativity in teaching EFL classrom at SMA negeri 2 kupang academic 2016/2017
ABSTRACT The title of this research is “A Descriptive Study on Teachers’ Creativity in teaching EFL classroom at SMA NEGERI 2 Kupang†The purpose of this study is to answer the following question “What are the Teacher creativity in teaching EFL classroomat SMA Negeri 2 Kupang? “ The aim of this study is to find out the teacher creativity in teaching EFL classroom at SMA NEGERI 2 Kupang. The writer used observation as the instrument of the research. The subject of this study was two English teachers and the Third grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Kupang.The method of this research was qualitative. From the observations, the result of this study indicated that the are nine Teachers’ Behaviours Fostering Students’ Creativity in EFL classroom at SMA NEGERI 2 Kupang they are Independence, Integration, Motivation, Flexibility, Judgement,Evaluation, Question, Opportunities was most dominance, Frustation was can not dominant. The teacher required the students to give an example, solution and their own comment depend on the materials. It creates the students to get some explanationsin order to express their own ideas and also in every meeting of English classroom the students must bring their dictionary to help them to looking for the difficult words and be references to the students in building their English knowledge.The writer found that strategy to facilitate is easier to use in teaching and helps the students to create their own expression of explanation be more active.
